Consent of personal data processing

You are thereby agreeing that company SYNPO, akciová společnost, located at S.K.Neumanna 1316, 532 07 Pardubice, ID: 465 04 711, registered in the Companies Register of the District Court in Hradec Králové, Section B, Entry 627 (hereinafter referred to as „Administrator“) within the meaning of regulation of European Parliament and the EU Council no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as „Regulation“) will process following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • Company name
  • E-mail
  • Phone number

Name, surname, name of company, phone number and e-mail can be processed based on your consent and are necessary to process for purposes of business of company SYNPO, akciová společnost. The Administrator will be processing the data for 10 years.

You are granting your explicit consent with the above-mentioned agreement. Providing personal data is voluntary. Your consent can be retracted any time, by for example sending an e-mail or a letter at the company address. E-mail: akrylmetal@synpo.cz.

Processing of personal data can be done by the Administrator, but personal data can be also processed by following processors:

Eventually other processors of processing softwares, services and applications can be included that are not currently used by the company.

  • in case of doubting the legal personal data processing make a complaint at the Office for personal data protection.
